Charges and warnings result from Timmins Police Service ‘dedicated traffic enforcement’

About 20 vehicles were stopped by traffic officers from Timmins Police on Wednesday, as they conducted what they call “dedicated traffic enforcement”.

They laid 13 charges and issued two warnings.  Here’s the full rundown:

• 4 charges for Speeding
• 3 charges of Amber Light Fail to Stop
• 1 charge for Illegal Tinting
• 2 charges for Obstruct Plate
• 1 charge for Disobey Stop Sign
• 1 charge for Fail to Wear Seat belt – Driver
• 1 charge for Operation while impaired – Drugs
• 2 warnings for ATV on highway (By-law)
