Hearst OPP and James Bay DEU found $12,000 worth of Percocet pills and $16,600 in cash.
An ongoing investigation lead them to an apartment in Hearst on Front Street.
The sixty-year-old owner of the apartment is charged with drug possession, crime over $5000, and breaking previous court conditions.
He will be in court on March 19th.
