Timmins Police Cruisers are the best-looking ones around.
That’s according to Blue Line, a national Law Enforcement Magazine.
The local service received its “Best Dressed Police Vehicle” in the regular patrol category.
Officials say they faced stiff competition as police services from across the country made their own submissions.
They add they take great pride in the acknowledgment and give kudos to a 2009 committee whose efforts enhanced the appearance of the vehicles.
The committee was composed in 2009 of Constable Tom Buczkowski (retired), Constable Michael Davidson (former), Sergeant Marty Delich and Detective Constable Luc Lamarche.
