Despite Hallowe’en and Christmas decorations almost everywhere you look, the Mountjoy Farmers Market isn’t ready to pack it in for the winter.
Market committee chair Rock Whissell says instead of ending the season after Thanksgiving Saturday, it’s adding three more weeks. That brings it to October 28th.
Whissell says vendors and customers were asking for a longer season.
