A 37-year-old Timmins man is up on 14 different charges in connection with a break-and-enter on Monday night. Timmins Police Service officers were completing foot patrols and saw a suspicious person near the break-and-enter scene. An investigation revealed that the person was responsible for the incident.
The Timmins man is facing four counts of possession of a firearm and ammunition, three counts of possession of property obtained by crime, two counts of unauthorized possession of a weapon, as well as possession of break-and-enter instruments, failure to comply with probation order and possession of a controlled substance. He is due in court at the end of October.
