A rampage at the Timmins Walmart Wednesday night has led to six charges against a 44-year-old Chapleau man.
Timmins Police say he entered into what they call “an assaultive dispute” with store staff and other customers, while damaging merchandise. He’s also alleged to have assaulted a male customer.
He has signed an undertaking to go to court on August 22nd, to answer the Criminal Code charges that include assault causing bodily harm, mischief, and resisting a police officer.
