People living on Birch St. N. between Algonquin Blvd. and Fifth Ave. found themselves inside a police containment area for a time Tuesday night
It all began with an argument between two women. Police were told one of them had a weapon, so they sealed off the area for public protection. Investigation revealed there was no weapon.
A 52-year-old woman has been charged with the criminal offence of uttering threats.
