Drugs and guns have been seized by the Timmins Police. Officers got a call over the weekend about a disturbance that involved the weapons. They went to check it out, and eventually got a search warrant for a home in the area. Officers searched the house on Monday.
They found two rifles, ammo, an air gun, and a wood baseball bat. Police also found 30 meth pills. A 47-year-old man from Timmins is looking at a number of charges, including careless use of a firearm, having a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and drug possession.
