Timmins is getting ready for this weekend’s Kayak Fest. The action-packed weekend is kicking-off on Friday night at the Participark with live music. During the weekend there will be kayak races on the Mattagami River, the popular Rubber Duck Race, and a stand-up paddle board challenge. There will also be hot air balloon rides, a kids activity centre, and pontoon boat cruises. The whole thing starts at 1:00pm on Friday.
