News Fatal collision in Hearst SHARE ON: Paige Parker, contributor, Tuesday, Mar. 4th, 2014 Hearst OPP have ruled out road condition as a reason for a fatal collision. Yesterday a three car collision killed a 24-year-old man, Patrick Quessy-Briere of Thunder Bay. His female passenger from London Ontario is still in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The investigation revealed that Quessy-Briere crossed the centre line of the road in his pick up truck and side-swiped an oncoming tractor trailer just before colliding with a second tractor trailer. Both drivers of the commercial vehicles were unharmed.
