OPP is looking for a man in Chapleau, when just his boat was found. 54 year old Alain Bouillon’s empty 14 foot aluminium boat was found on Friday in the 18 Mile Rapids on the Chapleau River. He was seen the same day on the water.
He has long straight brown hair, with a short beard and a mustache. Police describe him as white, 5’2″, and around 160 lbs.
