A 41 year old from Timmins is looking at four charges after allegedly breaking into a store. Timmins Police got a call just after three Wednesday morning that a window had been broken at a retailer in the downtown core.
They went over, and found the man still inside. Police think he may also be involved in other attempted break and enters before getting caught. Among the charges he is facing are resisting arrest, break and enter, and assault a peace officer.
