The comic book hero who rose from the Porcupine Mining Camp is back with a brand new adventure… coming soon to a rack near you.
Davis Dewsbury, co-creator of Auric of the Great White North says the 32-page book about Auric dealing with World War II demons could be out by July.
“The different thing about it this time,” he states, “is it’s a different creative crew and we have Canadian comic book royalty basically as the creator of the team for this book, ‘Auric, A God in Plastic, Book 1.’”
Dewsbury says it’s drawn in black and white with hyper-detailed art that will blow the reader away. A Kick Starter Campaign is in progress to pay production costs.
“It’s written and drawn, just some minor production work needs to be done with the lettering and once this campaign’s done, we’re going to get this out to the public as soon as possible.” Dewsbury’s hoping to publish it in July.
