A careless driving charge has been laid in that collision on Airport Road at Westmount Boulevard back on the morning of March 28th, that resulted in the intersection being closed for several hours. Two people in the sedan involved suffered serious injuries.
Timmins Police investigators now say the southbound car was turning left onto Westmount when it was struck by a pick-up truck.
The charge is against the 25-year-old man driving the car.
