It’s the rural road that connects Hwy. 101 to Connaught especially now that Frederickhouse Rd. is closed at the Hoyle bridge.
Police have been fielding a lot of complaints lately about excessive speed on Carrigan so they’ve adopted a zero tolerance approach to slowing down traffic. A statement says “leniency and the use of discretion will not be deployed”.
