News Soap helping to feed the community SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Monday, Jul. 20th, 2015 The Anti Hunger Coalition is getting a boost from a local business. Just Natural Holistic Spa sells a type of soap they have called Greater Good. They dedicated it to the coalition, and now money from the sales of it is going to help the charity with their overhead. Owner of the spa, Chrislynn Losier says she loves what they do for our community. “I found it would be the perfect organization to dedicate our first ‘charity soap’ to,” explains Losier. “I spoke with Cheryl [local farmer], asked her to come up with the blends, and Voila! Now we sell the specialty soaps at our spa, JustNatural Holistic Spa, and on every bar we donate the profits to ACT!” They are presenting the Anti Hunger Coalition with a cheque Tuesday morning. The money will go towards transportation and overhead costs for the Good Food Box.
