Highway 11 near Municipal Rd. finally opened at about 7:30pm Wednesday, 18 hours after it was closed by a fatal collision.
Provincial police say a car collided with a transport at around 1:30 in the morning. One of the drivers died. Investigators aren’t releasing the victim’s name, pending an autopsy in Toronto.
The environment ministry was called in to deal with a fuel leak from the transport.
