Man and baby hurt in Hwy. 101 collision, police seeking witnesses

A transport driver might not even be aware that he was in a collision on the highway at Bristol Road in Porcupine late Thursday morning.

Timmins Police say a man and a baby who were both in the passenger vehicle that rear-ended the rig were taken to hospital.  The female driver wasn’t badly hurt.

The road was closed for about three hours after the mishap at about 11:30.

Investigators are focussed on finding the westbound truck. They’re also asking any witnesses to the collision or what led to it to call them.
