Celebrate the end of Black History Month with a musical.

Beneath Springhill follows the life of an African Canadian, Maurice Ruddick, who survived the mining disaster in Springhill, Nova Scotia 56 years ago.

He was named  “Citizen of the Year” for saving the lives of his colleagues.

The free event starts at 7:00pm at O’Gorman High School on Thursday.
