‘Bee Bad’ Charitable Burlesque Show

The Timmins Ecological Beekeeping Association is thinking outside of the box on their upcoming fundraiser.

Fundraising coordinator, Brianna Humphrey, says the Bee Bad Charitable Burlesque Show is meant to draw attention because TEBA is a fairy new organization and she wanted to open it up with a “bang.”

There will be a lot of mind blowing events including burlesque dancers, boylesque dancers, glass walkers, fire eaters, grinder girls, and a human block head – that is someone who hammers nails into their face.

There will be a photographer present for people to get their picture taken with the performers.

The event is on Saturday March 29th at Amigos. Doors open at 8:00pm with the show beginning at 9:00pm. Before the show kicks off there will be an art exhibit showcasing the work of local artists. All of it will be for sale with all proceeds going towards TEBA.

Tickets are $20 dollars and can be purchased at Mi Casa Fashions downtown right up until the event.
