The provincial New Democrat for Nickel Belt says the Wynne Liberals are doing nothing to hold CN accountable for recent oil spills in the north. Two recent rail derailments resulted in massive oil spills and one of those accidents is close to Gogama. France Gelinas says if an individual spilled oil into a water system, the government would ensure that the person pays the price. But Gelinas says the Liberals have a different set of criteria when big business is involved. She says the government is all talk and no action when it comes to protecting the environment.
