Just like that, we’ve blown through the 800 mark in COVID-19 diagnoses in the region.
Twenty new cases today put the Porcupine Health Unit’s record at 813 since the beginning of the pandemic. Seventeen of the new ones are in Timmins; the other three in what the health unit calls the area of Cochrane, Matheson, Iroquois Falls and Smooth Rock Falls.
There are 194 cases currently active.
