A 26 year old from Timmins is being charged after urinating in a cigarette bin in Kapuskasing.
OPP got the call early Friday morning, at around 3:45 AM, in regards to a naked male in a hallway at a McPherson Avenue address.
Among the charges are:
- Adult Indecent Act per section 173(1)(b) of the Criminal Code (CC)
- Adult Mischief Under $5000 as per section 430(4) (CC)
- Adult being intoxicated in a common area 31(4) Liquor Licence Act
He is set to appear in a Kap court in July.
