News Health unit adds five COVID-19 cases, declares school outbreak in I.F. SHARE ON: Bob McIntyre, staff Monday, Apr. 12th, 2021 The Porcupine Health Unit has reported COVID-19 cases 408 to 412, while also declaring an outbreak at Iroquois Falls Secondary School. The outbreak declaration is because of three confirmed cases in the school. Two of the three cases are part of the additional ones that bring the total to 412. They’re all in what the health unit calls “the area of Cochrane, Matheson, Iroquois Falls and Smooth Rock Falls”. The number of active cases sits at 47.
