It started with not wearing a helmet. Timmins Police hope you can help identify an ATV rider who broke a whole bunch of rules Wednesday afternoon.
They spotted him on Haileybury Crescent in Porcupine. He wouldn’t stop for police — which is an offence itself — and they say he committed “a series of other driving offences” in the process.
