Responding to the increasing number of discarded hypodermic needles being found on city streets, City Hall and the health unit are adding three more disposal bins.
One will go in the area of the library and transit terminal. Another is being installed on the corner of Father Costello Drive and Vipond Road in Schumacher; and one at the transit stop in South Porcupine.
In addition, the one in the parking lot at Spruce and Algonquin will be moved deeper into the downtown core.
