The Timmins Public Library has announced two grand prizes for its TD Summer Reading Club for kids, which is online this summer.
Reading club coordinator Melissa Vieno says two lucky members will each receive a kayak at the end of the summer. And it’s not too late to join the club and qualify.
“It’s never too late,” she points out. “They can participate all summer, even if it’s only in the last week. It only takes one ballot to win.”
Every time a member takes part in one of the club’s internet-based activities until August 21st, he or she gets a ballot in the draw for one of two kayaks.
“We will be going live on the 24th for our Minute Mondays on our Facebook page. So August 24th we will reveal who the winners are.”
