To quote city finance director Natalie Moore, Timmins is “doing okay” financially in the COVID-19 crisis.

She reported to council Tuesday night that the projected loss of revenue to the end of June is $2.9-million.  Moore predicts, however, that City Hall will break even by the end of the year, with an emphatic proviso that a second surge of coronavirus infections would change that.
