It could be a while before Hwy. 655 opens up again, between the Kidd mine and Driftwood.
Rain has washed out the roadway. So if you’re headed to Cochrane or Kapuskasing, you’ll have to take Hwy. 101, Municipal Road and Hwy. 11 past Porquis.
Provincial police say it could be an extended period of time before 655 opens again.
