Living Space launches new community feedback protocol

The Living Space homeless shelter wants feedback from you.

Executive director Jason Sereda says his organization wants to know what it’s doing well, how it can offer its services better, and how it can reach more people.

“Because we know not everybody’s accessing our services,” he acknowledges.  “Some of those people don’t really know what we do yet. So we want to know where people are at and how we can outreach to them.”

Sereda says the new community feedback protocol is open to anybody to comment on the shelter or homelessness.

”It could be a complaint about you know ‘I don’t agree with what Living Space is doing’,” he points out, “or it could be feedback of ‘I saw somebody sleeping in the park’ or you know ‘There’s a lot of needles in this area, do you mind looking into it for us?’”

IF YOU FIND SOMEONE IN DISTRESS, CALL 9-1-1
