A lot of snowmen will be springing up this week across some northern communities. That’s because North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services is holding another snowman campaign. The agency put on the event last year to raise awareness about the need for foster homes and volunteers. Monday’s launch was in New Liskeard.
