The first day of an open house series at the Timmins Humane Society is tomorrow. Alicia Santamaria, from the Humane Society, says the goal is to try to bring more people into the shelter.
The open houses will be running on the last Saturday each month, from 12 until 3. There will also be places selling cupcakes around town tomorrow to raise money for the shelter. Among them is the Coffee Warehouse and Pick of the Crop.
