$13,000 and counting.
That’s the running total of how much money was raised by 260 people on Saturday, as they sloshed through mud and over and under other obstacles in support of the Alzheimer Society.
The event was the annual Mud Factor race.

It was so successful, it’s sure to be back next year. Acting executive director of the regional branch of the organization, Jennifer Cornell, has convincing reasons why you should turn out.
“Because it’s a great time. It’s super fun. Super muddy. Lots of fun.”
And for any prospective competitor, Cornell has a few words of advice.
“Bring extra clothes and all your friends.”
