Northern College’s VP is taking her skills to help a new association. The Ontario Online Learning Consortium is a board that promotes learning through the web. Dr. Audrey Penner is one of two college Vice President’s who were appointed to the board. Dr. Penner has years of experience building and evaluating online classes.
