News Illegal bear hunt fines SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Thursday, Feb. 19th, 2015 The MNR has charged two men after an illegal bear hunt. The Shillington-area hunters were hit with five charges among them, including hunting without a license. They also pled guilty to not attaching their seal, and abandoning the flesh of three black bears. They were fined over six-thousand dollars for the charges.
