Timmins Police have charged a local man with 18 criminal offenses. The charges stem from a call this weekend over a domestic dispute. The 43 year old allegedly assaulted his female partner on more than one occasion. Among the charges is uttering threats and spousal assault. He has also been hit with one count of killing, injuring, or endangering an animal. No names have been released to protect the victim.
