Spending for the fleet and roads program has been approved by city council, with restrictions up to 70% until the budget is approved. Around $850, 000 will go towards new equipment. A sand truck with an underbody scraper and a backhoe with a snow plow are among those on the list. $5M will go towards the roads program, including the Connecting Link.
