Northern College is getting ready to host their 26th annual Awareness Day. The goal of Awareness Day is to give insight on challenges faced by those with disabilities. Included in the day is a Wheelchair Rally, which anyone is welcome to sign up for. Accessibility Advisor Jim Chalmers says they hope people take away an understanding that disabilities don’t have to stand in the way of someone achieving their goals. The event and rally is on February 18th.
