Home and business owners have reported getting calls from a supposed Hydro One employee, who says a credit card number is needed immediately to pay outstanding charges. Hydro One will never ask for a credit card over the phone, and are urging everyone to not give out any personal or account information. If you are unsure if the caller is legit, hang up and call Hydro One.
