The North East LHIN had a speaker go to the First Nations Community Support Services Summit. Louise Paquette, CEO of the Local Health Integration Network, spoke about forming partnerships with First Nations communites. Paquette says this will help to provide primary health care to more than 10-thousand people who live in the region.
