City council is looking into only clearing one side of a particular sidewalk. Sixth Avenue is being looked at. The pitch by City Engineer Luc Duval would have the South side of Sixth, in between Pine and Toke, closed. The North side would stay open and be shoveled. Duval says this will save money and be safer.
