Cold weather warning back in effect

The wind chill in Timmins is getting as cold as minus 45, prompting Environment Canada to put an extreme cold warning back into effect. Exposed skin can freeze in less than 10 minutes in the extreme temperatures. Warnings are released when the risk of hypothermia or frost bite is higher than normal.
