TRAFFIC STOP, SEARCH WARRANTS, DRUG SEIZURE

A traffic stop by Timmins Police led to search warrants for a hotel room on Riverside Drive,  an apartment on Riverpark Road, and $126,000  in suspected illegal drugs.

It all started with that traffic stop on Tuesday.  City police say the drugs include what they suspect to be fentanyl, methamphetamine and heroin.

Two people from Toronto and a 45-year-old Timmins man face a long list of charges.  They are in jail at least until tomorrow morning, when they have a bail hearing.
