Another presentation has been made to city council over the Mattagami Water Plant. This time it was engineer for the city, Luc Duval. Duval is echoing the Mayor’s point that the project is not 20-million dollars over budget. Duval says it is running six-million over, because of short notice to file a grant application and construction issues. He says the city is taking legal action to recover some of the costs.
