MNRF Looks for Information in Abandoned Moose Case

Your help is needed to solve an abandoned moose case.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry says on October 13th conservation officers received several tips about discarded moose parts along Kamiskotia Road. Officers say two moose were shot in the area. One moose, which officers believe was a calf, was taken and the second was a cow that was abandoned about 65 metres off the road.

The MNRF says officers are looking for information on the people responsible for this crime. If you have any information, you are asked to call the MNRF tip line at 1-877-847-7667 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
