News FONOM attacking Greenpeace over false product reviews SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Monday, Dec. 8th, 2014 FONOM is attacking Greenpeace Canada after the group asked people to write false online product reviews about Best Buy. And the Federation of Northern Ontario Municipalities says Greenpeace is urging its supporters to be creative in those false reviews. FONOM says Greenpeace is trying to bully Best Buy into not using paper products from Resolute FP which is a major employer in the north. Greenpeace has consistently attacked Resolute resulting in the company suing it for defamation. FONOM says each time Greenpeace has made allegations against Resolute, they’ve been proven false and had to be withdrawn.
