The Timmins cab driver who has been charged after a pedestrian was hit and killed has made her first court appearance. 39 year old Andrea Dore is being charged with making an unsafe turn and an illegal left turn. The crash happened last month when 52 year old Timmins man Jacques Samson was hit in the early morning. He was transported to a hospital in Sudbury, but died as a result of his injuries. Dore appeared in court yesterday, and the case has been pushed back until the New Year.
