Construction on Airport Road will last longer than expected.
The City of Timmins is replacing and updating the Kraft Creek Bridge, closing down the road from Lafleur Drive to Laforest Road. Crews say the project was supposed to be finished by September 2nd, but some standard delays have extended the deadline until September 21st. The city says this means you will have to use the McLean Drive and Highway 655 detours for an extra three weeks.
