Moosonee OPP was flagged down by paramedics who were having a problem with a drunken man. He was hanging his head and arms inside the ambulance’s window, stopping the paramedics from driving. Police arrested the 28 year old Timmins man for causing a disturbance and public intoxication. He was hit with four other charges, including assault and breaking probation. He was released and will appear in a Moosonee Court in January.
