Your help is needed to solve a hit and run.
The Timmins Police Service is searching for the person responsible for hitting a cyclist and fleeing the scene. Police say on Wednesday a cyclist was heading north on Cedar Street when a car hit her heading east on Sixth Avenue. The car kept driving down the road before turning left onto Pine Street North. Police say the cyclist was taken to the hospital by ambulance with serious injuries.
The suspected vehicle is described as a red newer Toyota four door car with a fin or spoiler on the trunk. TPS says the driver is described as a white woman in her early twenties, with blond or brown hair and thin features.
